I am a busy photographer with busy clients trying to wrangle children, jobs, and life. This has lead to my pricing and packages becoming super simplified. You will NEVER be required to come back to the studio to view your proofing gallery or be held captive after the session to view it. All of my galleries are sent via link so that you can view them in the comfort of your own home when you have time.
Please note that additional edited images can be purchased after the proofing gallery has been delivered at $20 each. Prices shown are my new "Recession Session" pricing which is my way of saying that I see you struggling and that I'm here to help as much as I can, in my own way.

Why are your prices so low compared to others?
Will you photograph baby in my home?
Do you have newborn specific education?
Are there any rules in your studio?
Is your studio inside your home?
Do you take family portraits?
Do I have to order prints through you?
What kind of gear do you use?
Quick and blunt answer. My overhead is much lower than photographers who have to rent a studio space. I don't have rent to compensate for. My sessions are also much shorter than other photographers I know. I personally don't believe that many busy Midwestern families want to spend hours in a photography studio. I'm fun, but I'm not several hours worth of fun.
I am a studio photographer. As much I would love to be able to travel to my clients, the studio lighting makes my images into what they are.
I do. Not only do I have the education, but I now help teach it through www.hellolittleprops.com
There are only two things in the studio that my little clients aren't allowed to touch. My camera and my light. I ask that parents always keep an eye on their children. I also ask that my studio stay a safe place. This means no forcing children to take part in a photography session if they absolutely don't want to. If a major meltdown happens, the session will end right away and can be reschedule for another day.
No. My studio is attached to my home, but has it's very own space and entrance from the outside, just a few steps from the parking area.
I hold special family events in the spring and fall each year. These sessions are held outside, on location, always within Huntington County.
All of my sessions include a certain amount of edited images with printing rights via digital download. I do not require that my clients use the professional print lab attached to their galleries, but I cannot guarantee any prints made elsewhere.
I'm a Nikon girl. Always have been and probably always will be. At this time I am using a mirrorless model with an Einstein strobe from Paul C. Buff.
